All Headwalls entering and exiting the ponds will be at 508, with exception to the headwall which comes off Freeport Parkway. This was anticipated when Freeport Parkway was constructed and that pipe is rubber gasketed. Please do not hesitate to email or call if you have any questions. Larry had one more question concerning the plans. Do you know the anticipate water elevation in the pond with respect to the outfall and headwall? Will the headwall be submerged under regular circumstances? "Jack Evans" <jevans @pkce.com> 2/27/03 4:07:19 PM Teresa, You should be in receipt of the revised Civil Documents. Please find the following responses to the City's comments on February 13, 2003: PLAT: 1. PKCE has coordinated with Travis Crump and he has approved both C123 and C124. Travis mentioned that he would be forwarding a memo to you stating his approval. 2. A 4.0' side walk has been shown along the south side of Ruby, extending from Freeport Parkway to Coppell Road, as requested. Page 1 Teresa Turner RE: Freeport X The Container Store SHEET SP -1: 1. The proposed drive way will have brick pavers not stamped concrete. (This will match the rest of the 140 Acres) SHEET C3.3: 1. We have added a hatched area on the grading plan that will indicate the locations of areas that will have more than 0.5' of water in a 100 year storm event. 2. Hydrographs for the northern truck courts have been added to the Drainage Area Map. SHEETS C3.4 C3.5 1. The outfall of the truck courts were designed so that the inlets control the amount of water that is being released. (Inlet control rather than outlet control) As per our conversation, we have submitted final sealed drawings in hopes to expedite the grading and utility release. Duke has indicated that they would like to set up the pre- construction meeting for sometime next week. Please let me know if this is possible. Please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions. Jack C.
