Dear Mr. Kretsch:
Below is a list of the items that were discussed at the final walk through with the City of
Coppell on Thursday, March 13, 2003. Please address each of the items and contact the
City of Coppell at (972) 462 -0022.
1. Paint the letters "MH" on the curb on Freeport Parkway adjacent to the two
sanitary sewer manholes. The paint shall be enamel and red in color.
2. Paint the tops of each of the sanitary sewer manholes with paint as described in
item 1.
3. Clean mud out of storm manhole on Line `B' at station 1 +24.
4. Repair damaged wingwall at Line `B' station 7 +83 with nonshrink grout.
5. Grind off metal remaining from forms in wye inlet at Line `B' station 6 +43.
6. Repair erosion around wye inlet at Line `B' station 6+43.
7. Grass near headwall on Line `B' appeared to only be coming up on one slope.
Make sure that grass is established on all disturbed areas.
8. Patch surface cracks on storm manholes with nonshrink grout.
9. Repair silt fence along Freeport Parkway so that loose material does not interfere
with traffic.
