Dear Mr. Griffin:
We are in receipt of your letter regarding the referenced project. In your letter you
indicated which firms had been short listed to provide Engineering and Landscape
Architectural service for the Sandy Lake Road project. As you can imagine, we
were quite disappointed that we did not make this list. During the preparation of
our proposal, we felt quite confident that Lichliter/Jameson & Associates, Inc.
(L/JA) could provide the City of Coppell with the technical know how and
leadership necessary for such a complicated project. However, L/JA is
appreciative to be one of the seventeen firms allowed to submit a proposal to the
City of Coppell.
Time permitting, Bryan and I would like to stop by and visit with you regarding the
selection process; specifically, to review our proposal, and to see what future work
the City of Coppell has in mind.
Again, thank you for the opportunity to submit a proposal on this project. We
hope the City will call on L/JA again if the opportunity ever arises.
