Construction Plan Review Comments
Dear Mr. Woods:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
Plat
The fire hydrant and water meters must be within the right-of--way or a utility easement. You may
show the hydrant and metes in a utility easement overlapping the drainage easement.
Sheet 4.0
Are you proposing to construct a berm along the north side of the property? It appears that ponding
will occur along the north property line. Explain.
Sheet 6.0
Are you proposing to replace the existing 18" RCP to the inlet on Denton Tap with a 24" RCP? If so,
it needs to be stated.
Sheet 7.0
1. The fire hydrant is located within the drainage easement. See plat comments.
2. The water meters are located within the TXU easement. See plat comments.
There are other minor comments throughout the plans that should also be addressed. Once all changes
have been made, please re-submit this marked-up set and two sets of revised plans to the City for
review. If you have any questions, please contact me.
