Date: May 18, 1993
I have been contacted by Robert Maly, with Rady and Associates, to schedule several meetings
in the upcoming weeks so that the actual proposal for services can be negotiated prior to the
middle of June so that it can be taken to the June 22, 1993 City Council meeting.
The following represents the dates that we have agreed upon:
Wednesday, May 26, 1993, 3:00 p.m.
Wednesday, June 2, 1993, 2:00 p.m.
Thursday, June 10, 1993, 10:00 a.m.
If at all possible please be prepared to attend all three meetings so that we can bring to a
conclusion the negotiations for the Sandy Lake Road Design. If you are unable to attend all
three meetings please let me know.
