Thank you for your letter of May 3, advising us of the results of the selection of engineering
consultants for the referenced project.
We appreciate the opportunity to participate in developing an RFQ for this project. While we
are extremely disappointed that JBM was not "short listed" for this project, we are of course
confident that our experience and qualifications are second to none and look forward to future
opportunities to provide engineering services for the City of Coppell.
If possible, we would be very much interested in the evaluation panel's ranking of all the firms
not "short listed", if available. If not, of course we would like to know how JBM "stacked up"
compared to the other firms.
Again, we appreciate the opportunity afforded us to propose on this project and wish to
commend you on the professionalism of your approach in the selection process.
