Two easements on the adjacent property are shown throughout the civil plans for this development. The 15' drainage easement and the 15' x 15' water easement were determined not to be needed and should be removed from all sheets. 2. Provide written verification from the owner of Sherrill Acres Addition Lot 2A, Block 1 that you have permission to construct the mutual access on their property. Sheet C1.03 — If you are proposing to vary some items from the city's standards and specifications, send a letter outlining the changes and request a waiver. Sheet C2.01 — There appears to be a drainage area along the Beltline Road frontage that is not labeled nor referred to in the table. Is this a separate drainage area? Please submit revised copies for the City Engineer's stamp. The City of Coppell requires three sets for its use; your office should submit as many additional sets as necessary for construction operations. All contractors and subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans approved by the City of Coppell. All fees must be paid prior to release of this project for construction. These fees consist of impact and construction inspection fees to be paid to this office as requested in the Fee Assessment Letter dated November 19, 2002.
