Grading Plan Sheet No. C1 dated 12/02/02 prepared by Bentley Engineering.
Stirling Wainscott Builders shall hold Wynnpage Estates, Ltd. harmless from any claims
whatsoever that may arise out of any grading activity that occurs on Lots 2 and 3.
