As we discussed in our May 7th, 1993 panel discussions with the consultants, we have decided
to proceed with Rady and Associates for the design of Sandy Lake Road. I have made initial
contact with Rady and Associates and have scheduled a meeting for Thursday, May 13th, 1993
at 2:00 p.m. to begin discussions concerning the Scope of Services. I would appreciate if each
member could attend this very important initial meeting concerning the Scope of Services. From
this initial meeting, Rady and Associates will present back a Scope of Services to the City for
our review and at that point we will begin negotiations on the financial end of the project.
If you should have any questions or conflicts with the proposed time please respond as soon as
possible.
