Dear Mr. Griffin:
Attached is an additional fee request for additional work associated with revisions to the Bethel Road
Project. Revisions to the existing plan set include modifying the roadway width from 27 ft to 2~ ft.
Additional work includes channel improvements between Freeport Parkway and Coppell Road, including
box cuh~erts under Bethel Road. We appreciate the opportunity to present this proposal for your
consideration. Attached please find a spreadsheet with a breakout by task of the hours to perform the
work. Below is a summary of each task:
Revisions to Existing Plan Set
A.) Storm Drain Plan & Profile $3,410.00
B.) Roadway Plan & Profile $6,030.00
C.) Cross Sections $3,410.00
Channel Improvements
A.) Channel Improvements (Freeport to Coppell Rd.) $5,000.00
B.) Box Culverts (Bethel Road Crossing) $3,610.00
Meetings with City 1080.00
Total $22,540.00
The following are assumptions were made to generate the fee:
1. The box culverts at the Bethel Road will be TXDOT direct load boxes.
2. These fees do not include the design of any water and sewer relocations.
