Dear Mr. Griffin.
In reference to the outstanding issues along Wynnpage Drive and the Home Owners Association
of the Wynnpage subdivision, the following is an outline of events and time schedule for
completion work.
Scope of Work: 1. Re-establish electrical power to the existing light pole, monument
sign and irrigation system.
2. Furnish landscaping, to the Home Owners Association for the
Wynnpage Drive median island and around the monument sign,
replacing with the same approximate type and number of plants
that were existing there before electricity was turned off. It is my
assumption that there was 10 to 12 Holly plants, 10 to 12 hedge
plants, 2 to 3 pallets of seasonal color and some accent monkey
grass. Our commitment to the HOA will be limited to this list of
materials.
Schedule of Work: 1. Irrigation contractor will have irrigation system repaired by
Friday, April 4, or Monday, April 7, 2003.
2. Electrician will have electrical power re-established by Monday,
April 7, or Tuesday, April 8, 2003, but under no circumstances go
beyond 'Wednesday, April 9, 2003.
:3. Landscaping to be furnished to HOA simultaneously as
landscaping is performed on Lot 1, Block "B" of Wynnpage North
development.
