We would like to request an upgrade in the road design. Originally road was to be chip
and seal and now the homeowner would like to upgrade to a 2" asphalt road. After
talking with Larry Davis, we were told to submit a letter indicating our proposed change
from the original approval from the city. If you have any questions, please call
