Request for Qualifications
Date: April 23, 1993
Previously each of you were provided a copy of Request for Qualifications from eighteen
consultants wishing to provide services for the design of this project. Hopefully, each of you
have had an opportunity to review the eighteen RFQ's and are now in a position to sit down as
a panel to discuss them. I have scheduled a meeting for Tuesday at 2:00 P.M. in the second
floor conference room to sit down as a panel and discuss the RFQ's. My intention is to take
them in alphabetical order:

Each person will have a vote on whether the firm should be short listed or not. Any firm who
receives four negatives will be disqualified immediately. Any firm who receives three or less
negatives will be discussed in depth to determine if that is a viable firm. Any firm who receives
four positives will be considered as short listed. It is my intention that when we leave the
meeting we will have a list of between three and five firms to bring in for a presentation.
If this time does not meet your schedule please advise so that we can reschedule so that all
participants can be available.
