Subject: New bushes on Sandy Lake obscure views
The new bushes in the median of Sandy Lake Rd. between Meadowglen Circle
and Meadow Run are blocking my view of oncoming traffic when making left
turns. The problem is particularly evident when making left turns from
west-bound Sandy Lake to Maple Leaf and from east-bound Sandy Lake to
Meadow Run. These problems will only get worse as these bushes grow. It
appears that the landscaping in this area will look very nice when
finished, but I believe traffic safety should trump aesthetics.
I live at 827 Lockhaven and my wife and I make these left turns at least
once a day. Please check this out and relocate the offending shrubbery.
