While you were out of town, at our request Mr. George Prall requested the City of Coppell
allow the project to eliminate the 6" lime stabilization requirement under the paving as
indicated on your drawings. We received the attached copy of George's letter back as marked
up by city indicating the parking areas as proposed could be changed to either 5" of 4000 psi
or 6" of 3000 psi concrete.
After reviewing the cost implication (teach option, we prefer to do the 5" of 4000 psi
concrete at the employee and customer parking areas. As such, please adjust your plans to
reflect this change. If required, kindly resubmit the revised plan to the city.
