On behalf of Haverty's Furniture Companies, Inc., Halff Associates, Inc.
requested a variance on August I, 1996, to eliminate the 6 inch lirne stabilization
requirement under the employee and customer parking.
As per our client's request and Mr. Ken Griffin's approval, the 5 inch 4,000 psi
concrete at the employee and customer parking will be used for construction.
Attached please also find a copy of Mr. Charles Schmidt's letter of request for the
use of the 5 inch 4,000 psi concrete at the customer and employee parking areas.
