• Cristina asked if items from previous July 2 pre - construction coordination meeting minutes
have been addressed and if there were any problems or questions.
• There was no response indicating the minutes are approved and all items have been
addressed.
• Cristina asked Dan Woody if lie had scheduled his geotech consultant to run the lab tests.
• Dan Woody confirmed they were starting to run the density tests that same day July 11 .
Tri- Tech will send copies of lab results to the City of Coppell and Halff.
V. Dan Woody has already made the 6'x5' box connection to ditch.
• Dan Woody distributed copies of his work schedule to everybody in the meeting_
• Paul Roy said they will work around the 6'x5' box already in place. Paul has tentatively
schedule to start laying out the erosion control blanket and the grassing by next Tuesday July
16, and lay out irrigation by Wednesday morning July IT
® Paul Roy and Dan Woody have also coordinated the connection at the south end of the ditch.
Paul Roy will stop the grassing where the proposed rock rip -rap for the 60 inch RCP starts.
• Paul Roy and Dan Woody have also coordinated the location for the spoils from the P1I)
project to be stocked piled as a continuation to the south of John Bums' existing stock pile,
not to exceed a maximum height of 4 feet and maintain side slopes of 4 to 1.
Dan Woody estimated a total of 5,000 cy of spoils to be stocked piled, he will
also seed his portion of the pile, and make sure it still provides positive
drainage.
• James Clark said they are waiting on Tri -Tech to finish the north portion of Line "A" to start
laying out the water line on the north side.
• Cristina asked Pete Henley to send a copy of lab results to Garreth Campbell
Pete Henley will distribute copies of lab results for both ditch and Haverty's
project.

• James Clark will send a set of plans for Haverty's site to utility companies as required.
Hill & Wilkinson to send a set of Haverty's plans to all utility companies.
• Paul Roy notified Pete Henley that the crushed rock is now on site.
• Pete Henley will verify gradation of crush rock.
Pete Henley will verify gradation of crush rock and distribute copies of lab
results to the City, Catellus, John Burns and Halff.
