Attached to this letter, please find additional information concerning the request for
qualifications. The City of Coppell has received several requests from consultants concerning
the timing of this project and the other firms that received the request for qualifications. With
this letter, I am providing a timeline that is updated monthly by the Engineering Department that
shows various components of the project and the anticipated timing of those components. I am
also including a copy of the firms that were sent the request for qualifications. This is provided
because several firms have indicated a willingness to team up with another firm to submit a joint
request for qualification.
