As a follow-up to our most recent telephone conversation, our tax department has tracked down the
name of the previous owner of the property now owned by Ronald Valk at 1751 E. Beltline Road in
Coppell. The prior owner is listed as 96 Beltline LP, c/o W. R. Stanford with a P.O. Box in Decatur,
TX. Our records also indicate that the property taxes are current.
With your permission, the City of Coppel] would like to direct Mr. Valk to proceed with restoring the
floodplain to its original condition and to survey the property to reestablish the floodplain boundaries.
This is not an approval to proceed with construction since the civil plans have yet to meet our minimum
requirements for construction.
We are asking for a letter from you explaining your expectations and giving your approval of the
