RE: Fire Meter Correction
Duke Weeks, Freeport X (The Container Store)
The fee assessment for the above referenced project incorrectly charged for two -10" fire meters and
vaults. The approved plans however, specify one -10" and one -8" fire meter and vault. The only
amount on the Development Fee Table that will change with the difference in one of the meter sizes
is the Water Meter Fee (Irrigation/Fireline).
The original Water Meter Fee for two -10" meters and vaults was $6,431.90. However, reducing
the size of one of the meters tin 8" results in a difference of $918.23. The revised and corrected
Water Meter Fee for this project is $5,513.67, which results in a corrected Total Development Cost
