1. The brick paver or stamped concrete bands should be constructed 1 -foot behind the property
line. The sidewalk ADA ramps should align with the paver bands. Additional sidewalk
easements may need to be granted.
2. A letter from the property owner to the north will be required granting permission to
construct the mutual access /firelane.
3. Additional comments are likely when a more detailed utility plan is provided for review.
