Dear Mr. Apple:
The City of Coppell, in conjunction with our Engineering Department and the City's law firm, is
enclosing a License Agreement regarding the residence at 1002 Forestwood Lane presently
owned by Mr. David Fischer. Please note, Exhibits A and B are not to scale. Original Exhibits
A and B are required that have been prepared and sealed by a licensed surveyor in order to
complete this agreement.
The License Agreement does provide some relief to the easement encroachment problems that
presently exist. This is our only alternative based upon our legal position and engineering
techniques presently available to maintain and, if necessary, rehabilitate the 27-inch sewer line
that is within this easement.
