Ruby Road Construction Project
Construction of Phase I roadway improvements is nearly
complete. Phase II of the road closure will start on April 21,
2003. The existing roadway from the west side of the
easternmost driveway of the mobile home park to Coppell
Road will be closed. It is anticipated that this portion of the
roadway will be closed until the end of May 2003. Residents in
the mobile home park will exit their property to the west
towards Freeport Parkway/State Road, on the newly
constructed portion of Ruby Road.
