On behalf of the city of Coppell I would like to submit this comment regarding building
site plan easements on or adjacent to the building for Deliman Grille. The building in no
way impeded any easements. No easements on the site or adjacent to the site interfere or
cross under the building planned as submitted to the city of Coppell by Mr. Jay
Khorrami, owner and operator of the Deliman Grille.
