FYI-
I just met with Richard Nordyke, Senior Project Manager, regarding the setbacks for the monuments signs
that will be located at the intersections of Sandy Lake/Northpoint (SE corner) and Royal/Northpoint (NE
corner). I verified that the proposed signs as drawn are outside of the required visibility triangle. He
wanted to have confirmation of this since the variation for the larger signs specifically address the
requirements.
