Dear Mr. and Ms. Reeves:
This letter is to notify you of the proposed construction of the McArthur / Samuel
Drainage Project, by the City of Coppell. The project is in the general vicinity of your
home and property located on Phillips Drive. This project consists of the installation of
approximately 978 linear feet of storm sewer pipe and five inlets near the intersection of
MacArthur and Samuel Boulevards. The construction of this project is anticipated to
begin on or around April 14, with an estimated construction time of 90 days. Residents
should expect construction noise and traffic during this time.
