1G07-02 Jim Phillips said the relocations would start in early November. Requested trees to be removed prior to the relocation to expediate the relocation.
November 7, 2002 - relocation staked, poles will be 2 feet south of right-of-way,

WEEK 1 (Dec. 16 - 20)
Installed approximately 450 feet of the 8-inch sewer line. Completed 50% of all clearing and grubbing,
WEEK 2 (Dec. 23 -27)
Completed the installation of the 8-inch sewer line. Began installation of the 12-inch water line.
WEEK 3 (Dec. 30 - Jan. 3)
Installed approximately 1500 linear feet of the 12-inch water line. Uncovered the existing water line along Coppell Road.
WEEK 4 (Jan. 6 -10)
Installed the water line under the existing Verizon line on the west end of the project. Installed fire hydrants and set meter valves and boxes. Worked on excavation and fill and the installation of the 54-
inch storm drain.
WEEK 5 (Jan. 13-17)
Worked on the installation of the storm drain.
WEEK 6 (Jan. 20 -24)
Finished the installation of the 12" water line, stubouts, and fire hydrants. Installed the 30" and 36" storm drain pipes and the 18" laterals. 95% of the asphalt and base removal of the existing road is
complete.
WEEK 7 (Jan. 27 -31)
Installed 54" storm drain. Installation of all of the storm drain is complete for Phase I, Installed the 5'x5' box culvert and worked on placement of fill material Preparing roadway for lime stabilization.
Received a complaint from the trailer park concerning rebar in the landscaping, trash, and the trailer park sign.
WEEK 8 (Feb.03 - 07)
Completed the 12" water line testing. Took samples. Preparing roadway for lime stabilization.
WEEK 9 (Feb.11 -14)
Water line samples passed. Started on the Phase I inlets. Type B manhole and headwall poured AT&T cable still on utility poles. Met with represetatives from AT&T and they will start relocation as
soon as possible.
WEEK 10 (Feb.17 -21)
AT&T cable removed. Oncor poles not removed yet. Contractor asking for additional time. Retesting of failed densities. Rain,
WEEK 11 (Feb.24 -28)

WEEK 12 (Mar. 03-07)
No work.
WEEK 13 (Mar. 10-14)
Oncor pulled the utility poles. Contractor lime stabilized the roadway,
WEEK 14 (Mar. 17-21)
Contractor remixed the lime stabilization. Took densities on the 21st.
WEEK 15 (Mar. 24-28)
Some of the densities failed. Started paving on the 27th Paved one-half of Phase I.
WEEK 16 (Mar. 31-Apr,4)
Paved the other half of Phase I.
