The District is in complete agreement for the applicant to
remove materials in the floodwdy adjacent to its referenced
project-. We hope that this will be done as soon as possible. Any
rutting or damages to the ground cover which occurs during the
removal should be repaired.
Except for this approval, the conditions stated in our approval
letter dated March 18, 2003, remain in full force and effect,
including particularly the requirement that we be notified at
least 48 hours prior to construction commencing and provided
with the name and telephone number of the owner's site
representative.
