Sometime within the next few weeks, you will be receiving a request for a circular drive at 472 Country
Lane. It's kind of a tricky situation because the property has a low point inlet along the frontage and a 60"
RCP that drains into a drainage easement. The easement is listed on the plat as a flood easement but it
is not actually in the floodplain.
The architect stated that he is able to miss the inlet and can clip the drainage easement without affecting
the flow of water. It was difficult to tell this from what he submitted. But Ken has looked at it and is okay
with the plans as long as they completely miss the inlet and are able to either extend the 60" RCP or not
impede the flow of water at all.
