Re: Bethel Road Project ST 99-05 (from west city limits to Freeport Parkway)
Dear Mr. Griffin:
Thank you for your letter of February 2 I, 2003 and drawing sheets ten and eleven of the Bethel
Road plans showing the revisions which we discussed in your office. We have reviewed the
plans and find your changes to be suitable for our future grow1h plan. Per your request as
whether to construct the driveway to the right of way line or curb it off, please curb it.
In our meeting we were told that there would not be a median cut for our employee parking lot
on the north side of our building. We were told that a median break might be possible further
west by extending our west drive to Bethel. We are not interested in imrr.ediatcly making a
change, but would like to have the option at a future tirne.
