Carter & Burgess, Inc. would appreciate the opportunity to submit a proposal for Professional Engineering
Services related to the Sandy Lake Road Project. We have recently completed similar projects and have
the staff needed to complete your project for the City of Coppoll.
We understand your concern of an engineering firm with multiple projects in one city. Carter & Burgess,
Inc. has successfully dealt with this issue in virtually every city in the metroplex. We would propose a
similar arrangement with the City of Coppen as we have in many of the neighboring cities, that if awarded
the project, we will commit to not accepting any projects in the City of Coppell which would conflict with
the Sandy Lake Road Project.
We feel with this commitment and our dedication to quality scrvice, we can complete the project to the
