1. A brick paver band is required for driveways along MacArthur Blvd. per the Streetscape
Plan.
2. Provide an exhibit showing the stacking of the cars visiting the site. This stacking must not
occur in the access easement.
3. Fire lane must be 25' wide.
4. This property is not currently platted. It will be required to be platted prior to development.
