Eliminate the cross access along the east side. 2. Should fire hydrant be located along the west side of the property adjacent to the fire lane? 3. Plat states that the minimum finish floor is 447.0, not 446.5 as shown. 4. The plat does not show a fire lane on the east side of the building. 5. The limits of the reconstructed curb for the deceleration lane does not match the plat. 6. This plan needs to be consistent with the plat in all regards. 7. The landscaping is inconsistent with the Master Landscape Plan submitted with the plan. $. Overall, it's difficult to determine what document controls and what will actually be built on this site.
