Preliminary Site Plan
1. Provide a wastewater access device instead of a sanitary sewer cleanout.
2. If there are going to be any sinks located in the garage area a Reduced Pressure Zone
Assembly is needed.
3. The limits of the reconstructed curb for the deceleration lane does not match the plat.
4. The landscaping is inconsistent with the Master Landscape Plan submitted with the
plan. The Master Plan shows 4 trees on the north side of the property.
5. The location of the water tap is inconsistent with the Master Irrigation Plan.
