A copy of the approved site plan should be included in the plan set. 2. Update all general notes to reflect current city standards and requirements. Plat- ,t;.l:Q~ k1 Provide a~ drainage easement as shown on the Utility Plan/Profile. Grading Plan - It appears that that the runoff will go into Sandy Lake Road rather than into the inlet. The grades may need to be modified to prevent this. Drainage Area Map - A section along the south side of the property may not be adequately sloped to allow for drainage. Revisions may be necessary to prevent ponding in the residential area. Utility Plan - 1. The owner has requested a 6" sanitary sewer line rather than the 8" line as shown. Identify the possible utilities in the driveway onto Riverview Drive. Do these need to be relocated? 5. Does the utility pole in the corner of the drive onto Riverview Drive need to be relocated? All details in the construction plans that are included in our Standard Details should be removed from the plans. The only details to be included in these plans are details that are revised and specific to this project. The contractor is required to have a copy of the City of Coppell Standard Details on the job site at all times during construction. 2. Are you proposing to use stamped concrete for the paver band in the driveway onto Riverview Drive? 3. Verify the correct scale of the drawing. 4. Will ADA specifications be met across the driveway on Riverview Drive? 5. How do you propose to delineate the change in alignment across the drive onto Riverview Drive? SWPPP - Provide a construction site notice in accordance with TCEQ General Permit Number TXR 150000. Once the necessary corrections have been made, please return this marked-up set and two sets of revised plans to the City for review.
