Construction Plan Review Comments

The City of Coppell has reviewed the revised plans for the referenced addition and, with the
following conditions, the plans will be approved.
Condition 1 -Return the 2°d review marked-up plan set.
Condition 2 -Work with Travis Crump at 972-304-3503 to devise a labeling system identifying
which FDC's are for which buildings.
All contractors and subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans approved by the City of
