The Ashton Ridge Home Owners Association accepts the sum of $3,600 as full
compensation for damages incurred during construction of Sandy Lake Road.
This letter will serve as a release of any claim applicable to Sandy Lake Road
improvements taken place prior to April 10, 2003 and notes that the Ashton Ridge
Home Owners Association is satisfied with the amount received for this claim.
