Dear Teresa:
Please find attached two (2) sets of revised construction plans and your previous review markups
for the referenced project. These documents are submitted for your review.
The owner has elected to modify the current construction plans deleting the site improvements
from lot 2 at this time. The owner will revisit the floodplain issues pertaining to lot 2 with a
separate set of plans in the future.
The following are our responses to your previous written comments.
General Notes -
1. An erosion control plan has been included in the plans as requested.
2. The proposed batting cage has been removed.
3. The plans have been revised to show the installation of "Knox" override key emergency
access systems at each of the two sets of gates.
4. No fill, fences. structures. or other elements are shown within the floodplain.
Sheet 4-
1. The proposed water services are shown on the plans as I If domestic services for both lots. The
owner is comfortable with this size and is not requesting additional irrigation supply.
2. No culvert is proposed beneath the driveway. The driveway will be constructed as a low water
crossing capable of canying the small discharges produced across the drive. in order to avoid a
deep, steep sided roadside ditch along Bethel Road.
Sheet 5-
1. A precast manhole has been shown along with 19 linear feet of dry bore.
2. A traffic control plan will be submitted for approval by the Contractor prior to construction
activities.
