RE: Northlake Business Center Maintenance Bonds
This department is in receipt of a maintenance bond in the amount of $11,065.00
covering Storm Drain Improvements for Northlake Drive. This memo is to
inform you that maintenance bonds are also required for the irrigation service
installation and drive approach paving at this location (50 % of contract fora 2-
year duration). Please include a cost breakdown for each of these project
