A site visit was made with Mr. Estrada and his son-in-law Mr. Camacho 1:30 April 29, 2003.
Mr. Estrada complained about construction debris from Prestwick including tree limbs and brush on his
property. (Builders are trimming trees on Mr. Estradas' property without his permission and throwing limbs
on his property).
Erosion from 2 lots along eastern edge of Prestwick is allowing silt and water to flow over the wall. There
is a structure failure in the same general area. Erosion control is in need of repair.
