RE: Prestwick Erosion Control
Dear Mr. Delsanter:
A copy of the City of Coppell Ordinance No. 91514, Erosion and Sedimentation Control
Code was mailed to you on February 15, 2002. We are again informing you by letter that
you are in violation of the guidelines published in this code. Drainage patterns have not
been maintained in accordance with the approved plans, allowing runoff from the
subdivision to pond on adjacent properties. Neighbors to the east are receiving more
runoff from your site than they should, and water that previously drained is now ponding
on their property. This is one of several problems identified as originating within
Prestwick.
The Engineering file for Prestwick contains over a dozen pieces of correspondence from
April 5, 2002 through today's date concerning drainage, debris and erosion problems
caused by your development. Despite meetings and memos and promises to fix the
deficiencies, the problems still remain one year later. Please take appropriate action with
the current homebuilders and contractors to bring your development into compliance. If
you have any questions, please contact me at (972) 304-3684.
Sincerel
