In looking through the files for the original development, our records indicate that fees were paid for a
19,200 sq. ft. building in 1996. Those fees did not include the future development of Pad B, an
additional 8,000 sq. ft. commercial building.
The Building Inspections Department has indicated that all fees due for the building permit are paid.
However, a Roadway Impact Fee of $2,779.84 must be paid to the Engineering Department prior to the
issuance of a Construction Development Permit. Engineering Inspection fees must also be calculated
and paid. I have attached a copy of the permit application that will guide you through the inspection fee
calculations.
Once all fees have been paid and the engineer has submitted plans for signatures, a pre - construction
meeting with the construction inspector will be scheduled and the permit will be approved.
I have attached all supporting documentation for your review.
