Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 972 - 462 -0022 FILE The City of Coppell has recently completed the two year inspection of paving, drainage, water and sanitary sewer facilities of the referenced project. Listed below are items that must be addressed prior to our final acceptance of these facilities. 1. Repair leak on 2" meter on MacArthur. 2. Repair S/W in area of meter leak on MacArthur. 3. Repair leak of F.H. on the south side of the property. 4. Repair broken concrete on the west side of driveway at Belt Line Road.
