ITEM: PD-157r3, Valleg Ranch Pla~a, Site Plan Amendment, a zoning change
request from "PD-C and I.I" to "LI-S.U.P. and PD-C', to amend the planned
development to permit an enclosed play place to be attached to an existing
building, as well as allow 10 additional parMng spaces on property
immediately adjacent to the site, located at the southwest corner of Beltline
Road and MacArthur Blvd., at the request of McDonald's Corporation.
