Saturday,January 18, 1997. Our records indicate that payment has not been received for
inspection services provided you on this date. A copy of the letter is attached for your review.
Please check your records and if you find that payment was made provide a copy of the paid
receipt. Otherwise, please send a check in the amount of $120.00 no later than February 12,
