Dear Mr. Martin,
Pursuant to our conversation at last week's Development Review Committee, I am in agreement with the
City Engineer's request for a study I analysis of the water pressure at our Mansions By the Lake project. I
am also in agreement with the City's procurement of the analysis and Western Rim's reimbursement to
the City of Coppell for fifty percent (50%) of the Consultant's fee to complete the analysis.
Please ask the consulting engineer to contact Joseph Reue with Washington & Associates regarding the
looping and layout of our water distribution system. The actual layout may effect the analysis and the
actual pressure that win exist for the Development.
I appreciate the time and support that the City's Professionals have given to my project. I will continue to
work very closely with the City on this project and I look forward to the completion of our design.
