Special Use Permit), to estabksh tight industrial zoning on 7.2 acres
of property consistent with tht recommendations of the
comprehensivt master plan acrd to aAow by special use permit t)u
construction of a 120 foot monopole with three IS feet omni whip
antenna attached and an equipment shelter at the base of the pole on
a 2,500 square foot site wrihin the 7.2 acre tract, located along the
north side of Coppell Rd., approxirnartely 726' east of SE 121, at the
request of Nextel of Texas, Inc.
