ITEM: S-1118. Nextel Telecommunication Tower, zoning change from C
(Commercial) to LI (light Industrial) and LI-SUP (light Industrial,
Special Use Permit), to establish light industrial zoning on 7.2 acres
of property consistent with the recommendations of the
comprehensive master plan and to allow by special use permit the
construction of a 120 foot monopole with three IS feet omni whip
antenna attached and an equipment shelter at the base of the pole on
a 2,500 square foot site wit/ein the 7.2 acre tract, located along the
north side of Coppell Rd., approximately 726' east of SH 121, at the
request of Nextel of Texas, Inc.
