We still do not have the mobile home park easements. I have been in
contact with Mark Askew and he said the easements had been sent to the
home office in Montana. I told him we hoped to advertise as soon as the
easements were acquired. I will give him another call to see where we
stand, if I do not get the easements soon.

Attached are the specifications for the project. The engineer did not
summarize the quantities per page. If there are extensive changes to
the plans the engineer may not be able to make the changes by the end
of
the month. If the changes are minor they can have the plans ready by
the end of the month. I talked with the owner of the mobile home park
and there should not be a problem with having the easements by the end
of the month.
