Subject: Congestion Mitigation Air Quality Control (CMAQ) Program
Traffic Plan Sheet Changes & Requested Resubmittal — Project 10
Dear Mr. Young:
This office has revised the plan sheets involving small signs, traffic control plans and signal
design in accordance with TxDOT requested changes. A paper copy of revised sheets 8, 8A, 20,
21, 26, 27 and 28 are enclosed for your inspection. Also, we are enclosing the red mark -ups
related to these new corrections. The "Index of Sheets" needs to be revised as shown on the
attachment and adding sheet 8A. Sheet 6 needs to be revised to add the traffic items including a
new one which is entitled "Item 644 — SM RD SGN ASSM, etc." We request you review these
items and make the other changes as outlined in our January 27, 2003 letter. All changed sheets
will need the copyright changed to 2003. Please resubmit your mylars April 16, 2003. If you
cannot achieve this objective, provide a date that the re- submittal will be forthcoming.
By copy of this letter, we are requesting TxDOT review the corrections and let us know if any
additional corrections to the traffic type sheets will be needed. After their approval, we will print
mylars and request a signature of Mr. Don Penny.
